Account & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations across all business segments
-Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements to senior management
-Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
-Oversee internal controls, compliance with statutory requirements, and adherence to accounting standards and company policies
-Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders
-Provide strategic financial insights to support investment decisions, expansion strategies, and long-term planning
-Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to achieve high performance
-Prepare income tax and deferred tax computations, and draft audited financial statements
-Support cash flow management, budgeting, tax planning, and risk management initiatives
-Undertake strategic finance projects and other high-impact initiatives as assigned

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, MIA) strongly preferred
-Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior finance role
-Proven expertise in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and multi-industry finance operations
-Strong experience in property development finance is a distinct advantage
-Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
-Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
-Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach and high integrity
