An analytical planner that able to forecast, propose and set directions, goals, sales budget for team members.
A positive leader that can channel positive message and ensure all team members fully understand the directions, goals, and sales forecast of the company.
Innovative, creative, and energetic in planning, organizing, and executing various sales strategic plans.
Clearly communicate the progress of quarterly / yearly sales initiatives to management.
Monitor and keep track of the sales budget forecast given by top management and review the forecast on cycle basis to make sure all budget targets are achieved.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with team members in terms of giving direction and approaches to tackle problems and seal projects.
Passion to communicate and establish client relationship and deliver excellent customer service support.
Opportunity to work as team motivator and responsible for working with sales team members to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
Act as a contact point and ensure a good collaboration with various internal departments to ensure a smooth daily operation.
A persistent leaner to update job knowledge by maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
