ACCOUNTANT (ACC RECEIVABLE)

Job Description

- Manage and monitor accounts receivable ledger.
- Issue invoices and ensure timely billing to customers.
- Track incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and perform collection activities.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Prepare AR aging reports and highlight overdue accounts.
- Perform month-end closing activities related to AR.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
