Accountant - Finance Ops (Junior Executive)

Key Responsibilities
● Reconcile financial data between vendor back-office systems, vendor invoices, and internal systems.
● Validate transaction amounts and settlement figures prior to invoicing clients.
● Prepare clean and structured datasets for billing and reporting purposes.
● Support timely generation of client invoices based on verified data.
● Track client receivables and follow up on payments in a disciplined manner.
● Assist with timely and accurate payments to vendors.
● Maintain organized financial records, reports, and reconciliation logs.
● Escalate discrepancies, anomalies, or risks to the Operations Lead and Finance Data Analyst.

Requirements
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
● Strong numerical sensitivity and attention to detail.
● Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
● Responsible, organized, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications
● Exposure to reconciliation or operational finance roles.
● Familiarity with back-office or transaction-based systems.
