Accountant - Petaling Jaya

What you'll be doing
-Prepare and responsible for monthly closing of accounts and its related reports.
-Examine reports accuracy and to perform variance analysis and reconciliations.
-Perform verification and approval to ensure conformance of company policy, accounting standards, tax and other statutory requirements.
-Involved in budgeting, audit process and bursa quarterly announcement.
-Provide support in relation to financial matters.

What we're looking for
-Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possess professional certificate - ACCA.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the trading or distribution industry
-Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices
-Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
