Accounting & Corporate Services Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts for clients from various industries
Prepare monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations and schedules
Manage clients’ payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and statutory submissions
Prepare personal tax and corporate tax computations
Assist in tax filing, estimates and tax compliance matters
Handle corporate secretarial matters including annual returns, resolutions and statutory documents
Prepare unaudited financial statements and compilation engagements
Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and government authorities
Ensure timely completion of assignments and compliance with deadlines
Support ad-hoc assignments and other corporate service matters as required
