ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Prepare payment vouchers, EFT payments, cheques, and bank transactions.
Monitor customer and vendor statements of accounts.
Assist in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and updating accounting records.
Update accounting system with invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents and records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and billing discrepancies.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/documents and maintain proper records.
Maintain office stationery, printing materials, and general office supplies.
