ACCOUNTS MANAGER

We are seeking a Mandarin speaking candidate who are responsible and detail-oriented to oversee the company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling full set accounts, financial reporting, and supervising daily accounting functions.

1.Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
2.Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and Profit & Loss (P&L).
3.Ensure timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
4.Monitor company cash flow and financial transactions.
5.Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department.
6.Supervise and review AP & AR functions, including bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
7.Ensure accounting entries follow proper double-entry principles and are accurately recorded in the SQL Accounting System.
8.Review supporting documents and ensure accounting records are properly maintained.
9.Check and verify commission calculations and related reports before submission and submit within deadline, and on time
10.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretary.
11.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
12.Assist management with financial information and reports when required.
13.Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements
1. SPM /Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent.
2.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
3.Experience handling full set accounts and financial reporting.
4.Familiar with SQL Accounting Software and POS system is an advantage.
5.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
6.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
7.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
8.Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
9. Can communicate with all level of people.
