Job Description

An Admin & Account Assistant (Accounting Administrator) manages the day-to-day administrative functions of a finance department. This role bridges bookkeeping and office administration by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing & Billing
• Generate, verify, and dispatch sales invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Review, code, and process incoming supplier invoices for payment approval.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and issue payment reminders to clients.
Data Entry & Record Keeping
• Input daily financial transactions, receipts, and expenses into accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash logs weekly.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Administrative Support
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and payroll documentation.
• Respond to internal and external financial inquiries via email and telephone.
• Provide documentation and support to internal teams during annual audit periods.
