Job Description

What you'll be doing

Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Admin work include paperwork, filing and others

Assisting with office organization, supply management and manage inventory

Answer phone call, take down messages and handle correspondence

Undertaking other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Admin Clerk or in a similar administrative role

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Keen attention to details and high accuracy

Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Able to communicate with clients in English, Malay and Mandarin

Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office and Million Accounting Software

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure
