任职资格

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level,
Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U,
Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma,
any field
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Computer skills – using appropriate computer
skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to
systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively
with others in a participative management
environment; working independently as well as
working on a team
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Full comprehension of office management systems
and procedures
1 Year Contract

岗位职责

Act as the point of contact between the internal
colleagues and external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take sales
orders and planning for production to Delivery
Produce daily sales order, delivery order and
invoice to submission of E-invoice
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation
and filing system for sales team
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works
within deadlines
