AI FUNCTIONAL REHAB CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Integration & Program Design

· Evaluate client movement patterns using AI-based assessment tools.

· Interpret AI-generated reports and translate findings into effective rehabilitation strategies.

· Co-develop evidence-based functional rehab programs for diverse populations (e.g., elderly, athletes, post-operative patients).

· Ensure all programs comply with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.



2. Collaboration with Tech & Creative Teams

· Partner with developers, designers, and videographers to optimize AI models and rehab content.

· Provide clinical insights to refine AI-generated recommendations and analysis.

· Test and offer feedback on software and system prototypes.



3. Client & Stakeholder Communication

· Educate clients and internal teams on using AI-assisted rehabilitation tools effectively.

· Present assessment outcomes in an engaging, understandable manner.

· Liaise with gyms, fitness professionals, and healthcare providers for seamless integration and referrals.



4. Research & Continuous Improvement

· Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, physiotherapy, and digital health.

· Contribute to research, pilot studies, or case reports highlighting outcomes and best practices.

· Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest refinements for better client results.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline.

· Registered/licensed physiotherapist (or equivalent, based on jurisdiction).

· Additional training or knowledge in AI, biomechanics, or digital health is an added advantage.

· Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in functional rehab or musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

· Strong interest in technology, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making.

· Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

· Passion for bridging healthcare with emerging technologies.

· Self-motivated and proactive with a growth mindset.

· Experience in telehealth, wearable technology, or fitness coaching is a plus.

· Flexible with working hours and open to iterative product development cycles.
