Air-Conditioning Executive

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Executive to join our operation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. The Air Conditioning Executive will work with a team of technicians to ensure that all HVAC systems operate effectively and efficiently.



Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.

• Ensure that all HVAC systems are operating effectively and efficiently.

• Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.

• Effectively plan out maintenance service work & implement preventive maintenance plan

• Prepare documentation, including maintenance schedule, checklists & SOP

• Keep accurate records for all maintenance service activities and repairs

• Respond to emergency calls and work off-hours/weekend if necessary.

• Maintain and responsible for inventory of spare parts, equipment & company assets.

• Communicate effectively with all club PICs of matters related to HVAC

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/HOD



Requirements Skills & Qualifications

• Must possess at least Certificate or Diploma/Degree, in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance/operation or similar role.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ad hoc requests as assigned

• Proficient in both written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Possess own transport and willing to travel different sites. GDL license is a plus.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including off-working hours, weekends or holidays.

• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment

• Must be physically fit.
