Who are we looking for this role:
. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
. Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows.
. Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its
applications is an added advantage.
. Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
. Able to articulate engineering information in a understandable context.
. Ability to create and organize work documentation.
. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
. Willingness to travel is required.
. Certification in SOLIDWORKS (e.g., CSWA, CSWP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

You will play an important role, such as:
. Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical
queries.
. Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical
presentations.
. Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows.
. Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS.
. Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports.
. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
