Application & Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Application & Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) to support our sales team in delivering smart machine and automation solutions to customers. At Syspex — a leading provider of packaging, warehousing, and automation solutions in Southeast Asia — you will play a key role in translating customer needs into practical and effective technical solutions

What You’ll Do

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machine/automation solutions.

Work closely with overseas machine makers and system integrators to develop accurate solutions and costing.

Support Sales in customer presentations, product trials, and site visits.

Coordinate project progress, technical clarifications, layout approvals, and delivery schedules.

Work with the Technical Team to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and handover

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).

1–3 years of experience in automation/machinery will be an advantage.

Enjoys learning new machines and solving technical problems.

Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers.

Able to travel for customer site visits when required.
