AREA OPERATION EXECUTIVE (Cleaning Services)

✅ We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
• A Malaysian citizen, aged 30 to 55 years old
• Male candidates preferred (due to nature of the job involving field supervision & manpower control)
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license
• Preferably with experience managing foreign workers or cleaning teams
• Able to communicate in basic English & Malay
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) are an added advantage

🧭 Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor daily cleaning operations across multiple job sites
• Coordinate staff schedules, deployment, and task assignments
• Communicate with clients and site supervisors to ensure service quality
• Conduct site visits and resolve any on-site issues proactively
• Ensure team compliance with safety standards and SOPs
• Monitor cleaning machinery usage and train staff on proper handling
• Prepare monthly operations reports for management review

💼 Salary & Benefits:
• RM3,000+ per month (Basic salary + Petrol/travel allowance)
