Area Sales and Operations Manager - KL

Roles & Responsibilities
-Overall in charge of retail outlets sales and operations activities under respective zone
-To manage and ensure daily smooth store operations and achieving the sales target set by the Company.
-Get other great talents to join our team.
-Touring the sales floor regularly, to ensure proper upkeep of store image and conduct briefing on monthly promotion sales mechanics.
-To monitor and control monthly expenses & budget within approved percentage set.
-To ensure all retail consultants are trained to respond and initiate solutions to overcome the complaints received from customers are resolved accurately, responsively and timely.
-To ensure the administration of the outlets are in compliance with the company’s standard procedures and policies.
-Ensure in store visual merchandising is tasteful and up to date.
-Overall responsible for outlet security.
-Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staff within the store, and also with HQ staff.
-Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives and responsible for the outlet P&L.
-To ensure sufficient manpower to operate the outlet at all times.
-Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline, training as well as plan and recommend staff development and training requirements.
-Daily smooth outlets operations – control shrinkage, cash / credit cards collection & stocks coordination.

Skills & Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/International Business or other related fields.
-At least 5 years working experience in retail sales with minimum 3 years in similar capacity
-Willing to travel outstation as and when required.
-Responsible, motivated and able to perform work independently with minimum supervision.
-Adaptable to fast paced environment, flexible working schedules including weekends, public holidays, and on call basis.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Candidates with experience leading a sales team will be preferable.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
