Art Director/Creative & Design Manager (Bukit Minyak,Penang)

What you'll be doing
-Oversee and direct the creative development of all design assets, including branding, marketing materials, digital content, packaging and more
-Lead a team of designers and creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction
-Developing and editing video content for digital campaigns, including short-form, social media, and brand storytelling.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling, effective designs
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and push the boundaries of creative excellence
-Ensure all design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
-Actively participate in the ideation and conceptualisation process, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions
-Manage and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
-Responsible for overseeing the visual elements of a video production by setting the creative vision direction.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably within the social media, packaging,etc.
-Proven track record of leading and managing a team of designers, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire
-Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate your creative vision.
-Degree in graphic design, or a related field
