Assistant Branch Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required skills: Branch Management, Customer Service, Sales Management
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar managerial or supervisory role.
Have experience of phone, installment plan, retail sales and management.
Knowledge of inventory, financial, and team management practices
Outlet location: Setapak

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-3pm

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise team members and provide guidance or support when needed.
Help implement strategies to increase branch sales and customer acquisition.
Know about editing video and social media friendly.
Serve customer, reply customer massage
Help assist analyze branch sales, staff productivity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Implement local marketing strategies and ensure promotion materials are displayed correctly.
