Assistant Construction Manager

🏗️ We’re Hiring: Assistant Construction Manager
Join our team as an Assistant Construction Manager, where you’ll support project execution, site supervision, and quality control. You’ll work closely with contractors and consultants to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities

Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant authorities

Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and design compliance

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site diaries, and relevant documentation

Enforce safety procedures and support a strong site safety culture

Assist in managing budgets, tracking variations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Support with permit applications and regulatory submissions

🎯 Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in the property development or building industry

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)

Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, or other project management tools

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
