任职资格

Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in an
administrative or clerical role is required.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English,
Bahasa Melayu to communicate effectively with a
diverse range of customers and colleagues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Professionalism: Strong organizational skills with
high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
in a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement:This is afull-time, on-site
position based in Johor Bahru.
Industry Interest: A basic interest in the
automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage
but not mandatory.

岗位职责

Administrative Support: Handle daily clerical
tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining
organized digital and physical records for the
dealership.
Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers
and handle incoming phone calls or inquiries with
a professional and helpful attitude.
Documentation Management: Assist in
processing motorcycle sales documentation, road
tax renewals, and insurance applications.
Office Coordination: Manage office supplies
inventory and ensure the showroom’s
administrative area remains tidy and functional.
Financial Assistance: Help with basic
bookkeeping tasks, such as issuing invoices,
receipts, and preparing simple daily reports.
Team Liaison: Support the sales and marketing
teams with administrative needs to ensure smooth
daily operations.
