Assistant Manager, Business Strategy/Data Analyst

Initiate the execution of the division’s sales and marketing activities to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.

Implement focused actions across all funnels of marketing and channel mix to build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Track achievable goals and incorporate learning from benchmarking into future works.

Keep abreast with consumer trends & marketing best practices and maintains a deep understanding of the demographics, psychologies, and behavioural drivers of Aeon brand’s customers through regular comparative reporting, market research and data analysis of internal customer data set.

Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis and propose recommended optimization efforts.

Responsible for the organization’s annual operating plan through the monitoring of key action plans, Division KPI, budget, sales forecast and planning process.

Prepare routine publishing of board papers and other management reports/presentation materials.

Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.
