Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.

Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.

Professional competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Science field is required.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong skills in people management, is essential.

Hands-on expertise in the SAP PM module, along with machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, is mandatory—please note that experience in facility maintenance is not applicable.

Familiarity with DMG CNC machines, high-pressure hydraulic presses, laser cutting machines, and laser marking equipment is necessary.

Background in developing maintenance manuals, implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or creating preventive maintenance task lists is important.

Experience with CNC machines and robotic arms is expected.

Proficiency in injection molding, hydraulic pressing, and laser marking technologies is required.

Knowledge of dust collection systems is also advantageous.

Solid proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.

A good understanding of electrical schematic diagrams is necessary.

Experience in working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and electrical maintenance is a must.

Candidates must demonstrate strong command of English, both written and spoken.
