Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

At Lion Property Division, we’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join our dynamic team and make an impact in the exciting world of property development.

Vacancy : One (1) vacant position based in Lion Office Tower (HQ) KL

What You’ll Be Doing :

✅ You will oversee and monitor the progress of property development projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and timely delivery.

✅ Take charge in design and planning development, budgeting, cash flow projections, and coordinating submissions and approvals with authorities—across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages.

✅ Checks all construction drawings/ specifications against approved plans to ensure conformity, reports discrepancy in order to resolve all conflicting issues before commencement of construction works

✅ Coordinates construction adjustment with regards to design changes and material used to ensure the overall design intent remains intact.

✅ Attends coordination meetings to update compliance/ procedural requirement and highlights construction changes, information and specifications to avoid construction mistakes.

✅ Liaises with consultants, architects and internal departments such as Project, Contract and Marketing department in design and development stage of new projects.

✅ Liaise and follow up with local authorities and government agencies to manage planning, building, infrastructure, and land-related submissions and approvals—keeping projects on track and compliant.



Who We’re Looking For :

Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience : At least 7 years of experience in project management, ideally in the property development industry.

Strong knowledge of development cycles, civil infrastructure works and authority regulations.
