Assistant - QC

Responsibilities:
1. Aid in the development and implementation of QC processes and procedures.
2. Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
3. Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any quality issues identified.
5. Prepare reports for the line executive and other senior management as needed.
6. Facilitate effective communication between the QC team and other departments.
7. Report any significant quality issues to the line executive immediately.
8. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
9. Oversee testing of products for various quality attributes such as taste, texture, and appearance.
10. Collect sample for laboratory testing
11. Participate in trial run
