Key Responsibilities
Operations & Floor Leadership
-Lead daily floor operations during service hours
-Ensure service flow, guest experience, and service timing standards
-Handle reservations, guest requests, and service recovery professionally
-Maintain dining room discipline and staff presentation

Team Management
-Supervise and guide service team during shifts
-Ensure punctuality, grooming, and SOP adherence
-Support onboarding and daily coaching of staff
-Report performance issues or misconduct promptly to management

Service Standards & Compliance
-Enforce SOPs, house rules, and service protocols strictly
-Ensure zero alcohol consumption by staff during work hours
-No unauthorized comps, discounts, or corkage waivers
-Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional workplace

Reporting & Communication
-Submit daily service reports and incident updates
-Escalate operational or people issues accurately and timely
-Follow management instructions without distortion or misinformation
