Job Description

Assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the outlet.

Lead, train and motivate team members to achieve service and operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOP standards.

Monitor sales performance, manage cost control, and support P&L achievement.

Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
