Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description
-Support the General Manager in team leadership and strategic growth.
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Developers / Consultants / Architects / Main Contractors.
-Overseeing performance for New Installation (NI) & Total Replacement (TR) departments.
-Provide leadership and support to Sales Team and mentoring junior executives.
-Analyzing market trends and competitor pricing.
-Handling high-level negotiations with Developers / Consultants.
-To actively promote the Dover brand.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree.
-Must have Experience in Sales & Marketing, and preferably in Lift & Escalator / Building Services.
-A good Team Player, and can work independently and under pressure.
-Proficient in MS Office application and presentation purposes is a must.
-Strong command of English and BM (both written and spoken). Proficiency in communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
-Positions required in Petaling Jaya / Penang / Kota Kinabalu / Johor Bahru.
-Must have own transport.
-Sales & problem-solving skills.
