We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our JD Sports stores. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operational execution across the store.

You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining high retail standards, and creating an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

Customer Service | 客户服务
Deliver first-class customer service to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
提供优质顾客服务,提升顾客忠诚度与满意度。

Ensure customers receive professional and responsible service throughout their shopping experience.
确保顾客在购物过程中获得专业且周到的服务。

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain high grooming and presentation standards across the store team.
确保团队仪容仪表符合公司标准。

Develop a strong understanding of JD Sports customer service measurement programmes.
深入了解JD Sports顾客服务评估体系。

Sales & Commercial Performance | 销售与营运表现
Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs.
协助店经理达成并超越门店销售目标及KPI。

Analyse Oracle reports including Wall Sales Report, Branch Review Report, and Top Sales Report to support commercial decisions.
分析Oracle系统报表(如 Wall Sales Report、Branch Review Report、Top Sales Report等),协助制定销售策略。

Drive the usage of in-store devices and kiosks to maximise sales opportunities.
推动团队使用店内设备及Kiosk系统,以提升销售机会。

Utilise Trade Review Reports to analyse footfall, ATV, and conversion performance.
熟练运用Trade Review Report分析人流量、平均交易额(ATV)及成交率。

Visual Merchandising | 陈列管理
Ensure weekly visual merchandising briefs are executed effectively within the store.
确保每周视觉陈列指引有效执行。

Use the latest visual merchandising techniques to engage customers and drive purchases.
运用最新视觉陈列技巧吸引顾客并提升购买意愿。

Ensure merchandise pricing, promotional materials, and POS displays are accurate and updated.
确保商品价格、宣传物料及POS展示准确并及时更新。

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for all displays and fixtures.
保持所有陈列区域及设备整洁美观。

Training & Development | 培训与发展
Support the development and progression of internal team members.
协助培养及发展团队成员。

Monitor staff training progress and ensure completion of assessments and development programmes.
跟进员工培训进度,确保完成相关评估与培训课程。

Assist with store recruitment, onboarding, induction, and staff training.
协助门店招聘、新员工入职及培训工作。

Coach team members on customer service, operations, and sales techniques.

Essential | 基本要求
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

Experience within sports, fashion, or lifestyle retail industries.

Exposure to KPI-driven retail environments.

Familiarity with retail reporting systems and operational tools.

Good command of English; Chinese communication is an added advantage.
