Job Description
The Job:
1.Design Management
Concept & Planning
Develop and assist TOR / RFP input for design concept for projects activation / newly activated projects.
Plan the development of massing study / early schematic design support to Business Units, Business Development Division, Sales and Marketing or any other divisions.
Review & Coordination
Execute design review and enhancement prior to PDC in ensuring the proposed design is in accordance to regulatory compliance, marketability and standardization guideline.
Facilitate and drive continuous design coordination in ensuring design development is align to development goals.
Construction Support
Design Support & Visualization
Develop and assist in ad‑hoc design proposal development for Business Units, Business Development Division, Sales & Marketing and other division when required.
Prepare the design visualization and presentation materials for in-house design development.
Establish the checklist creation and refinement based on playbook and authority requirements in ensuring design is in compliance with set guideline.
2. Product & Design Standardization
Strategy & Initiatives
Conduct and assist research and development of the best practices and innovative approach / solution to real estate segment.
Formulate, plan and develop the standardization strategy for landed and high‑rise housing to support review, coordination and bulk purchase initiatives.
Liaise with Cost unit to support for bulk purchase initiatives through data collection and supplier engagement.
Standards Implementation
Develop roll out design standardization measures to all projects.
Facilitate and responsible to maintain and update materials library.
3. Cross-function roles
Interdepartmental Support
Provide support to ad hoc tasks and collaborative efforts as requested by other units or divisions across the organization.
Subject Matter Expertise
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) input on design, BIM, or standardization matters to support broader corporate initiatives.
The Incumbent:
Bachelor’s Degree in Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related fields.
Minimum 5 - 7 years years in a property development or consultancy environment. of working experience in a similar role or industry.
CAD proficient: AutoCAD is a must.
3D modelling: minimum Sketchup and Revit.
3D Coordination: minimum Naviswork Manage.
Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Powerpoint and Word is a must.
Adobe Creative Suite: minimum Photoshop
CDE: minimum ACC Docs.
Understanding of ISO 19650: minimum part 1,2,3.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in design, documentation, and project coordination.
