Associate - Securities Operations (Contract - 1 Year)

JOB PURPOSE

To support daily trading and settlement operations by handling client transactions, amendments, and onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Assist in daily operational tasks including force selling, IDSS monitoring, contra losses reminders, and trading limit updates.

-Support brokerage processing, cross-border trading, and direct business transactions.

-Handle trading and contract amendments, contra cancellations, and withdrawals.

-Perform FX conversions, verify client payments, and respond to remisier-related requests.

-Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while supporting ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.



JOB REQUIREMENT

-Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people.

-Reliable, team player, hardworking, trustworthy, self-starter, and adaptable.
