Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters

Review and negotiate contracts to protect Honeywell's interests, Conduct legal research and analysis to support business initiatives

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards

Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation matters



Key Experience & Capabilities:

Experience in providing legal counsel in a corporate environment

Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in multiple areas of law, including contract law, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory affairs



We Value

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in a state bar

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
