B2B Sales Consultant | Telesales

Job Description:

Execute sales of books and eBooks across multiple sectors, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry requirements

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and inside sales approaches to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline

Engage with clients, including key decision-makers, to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions

Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups to support retention and repeat business

Understand market-specific needs, particularly within legal, tax, and accounting sectors, to provide relevant recommendations

Track and update sales activities using systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Teams



Requirement:

Minimum 2 year of experience in Telesales/Business Development/Inside Sales or Sales.

Minimum Education Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

B2B sales experience is required, preferably in selling books, software, or technology-related products.

Experience in doing sales with C-Suites/lawyer/CSO/managers.

Experience in tax & accounting / legal market is an added advantage.

Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field.
