Bakery Shop Manager

The Bakery Shop Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet. This includes supervising staff, ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service, maintaining inventory, controlling costs, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bakery operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate bakery staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, daily sales reconciliation, and banking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and dining area.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report repair needs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Achieve outlet sales targets and control operating expenses.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches.
