Requirements
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, while adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, counters, seating areas, and restrooms, following hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
-Manage inventory effectively by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
-Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, performing routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
-Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, using point-of-sale (POS) systems, and following cash handling procedures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, assisting with tasks such as food preparation, order fulfillment, and table service as needed.

-Train new baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service protocols, and operational procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across the team.
-Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee beans and other ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage to preserve flavor and aroma.
