BARISTA

Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
-Taking orders, providing recommendations, and engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
-Ensuring that coffee machines and other equipment are clean, maintained, and functioning properly.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, counters, and customer seating areas.
-Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and sanitization procedures.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM
-At least 2 years & Above of working experience as Barista or in a similar food and beverage role is preferred.
-Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
-Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
-Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
