Barista

Job Description:
1. Greeting, and welcoming customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
2. Be in charged of the opening and closing tasks of the bar (preparation of tools & ingredients, coffee calibration, cleaning of equipment & etc.).
3. Preparing all the beverages upon order according to company standards & recipes.
4. Keeping check on stock level of ingredients & informing person in charge for ordering of restocks.
5. Ensuring the quality of ingredients & beverages.
6. Handling customer request in a prompt manner.
7. Ensure all utensils and equipment are handled properly and cleaned daily.
8. To introduce, sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries and suggesting products to the customer when required.
9. Communicate with the team regarding any changes in beverage.
10. Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.
11. To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions
12. Takes order from customer accurately
13. Handling the payment and change accurately and ensuring daily sales are tally.
14. Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to the customer in a timely manner
15. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
· At least 1 year(s) working experiences in related field.
· Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Pleasant personality.
· Excellent in follow up and detailed oriented.
· The ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
