Barista - The Sphere

Qualifications
-Minimum SPM/Secondary School education in any field
-Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
-Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
-Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new knowledge
-Team player with the ability to work independently
-Own transport and willing to travel if required
-Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
-Willing to work on rotational shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
-Committed to long-term employment
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-No barista experience needed - full training will be provided

Summary of Key Responsibilities
-Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
-Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
-Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
-Follows LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA operational SOP, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
-Maintains regular and punctual attendance
