Bartender

Qualifications
-Minimum education: Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of experience as a bartender (preferred).
-Familiar with making classic and modern cocktails.
-Be neat in appearance, polite and positive.
-Possess basic English communication skills, other language proficiency is preferred.
-Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
-Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Honest, disciplined and a team player.
-Responsible and committed to maintaining service standards.

Job responsibilities
-Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
-Create new cocktail recipes and recommend drinks to your guests.
-Ensures bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
-Provide quality service to guests and build good relationships.
-Handle cash, payments, and record transactions accurately.
-Monitor guest drinking behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
-Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the bar area.
-Checks stock levels and reports any shortages to the Bar Manager.
-Assist with opening and closing of the bar.
-Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
