Beauty Advisor (KLIA) - Luxury Beauty

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and fragrance products based on clients’ needs and preferences.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall counter performance through effective product recommendations and cross-selling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop a loyal customer base, and encourage repeat purchases.

Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and brand representation at all times.

Ensure the counter area is clean, well-organised, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.

Support in-store promotions, beauty events, and assist with stock management and daily retail operations.

Key Requirements:

Prior retail or beauty sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or luxury retail.

Passion for beauty with good knowledge of makeup, skincare, or fragrance products.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets in a retail environment.

Well-groomed, professional, and able to represent a luxury brand image.

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
