Beauty Therapist

Requirements

Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist, demonstrating practical skills and knowledge in the field.
Proficient in performing various facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application, tailored to different skin types and conditions.
Conduct thorough skin analysis to identify skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Provide expert client consultations to understand their skincare goals, address their concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions, to effectively recommend and sell skincare products.
Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean and sterile environment for treatments and ensure client well-being.
Exhibit excellent sales and customer service skills to build rapport with clients, promote services and products, and ensure a positive and memorable experience.
Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to cater to a diverse clientele and ensure clear understanding of treatment procedures and aftercare instructions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment technologies to provide informed recommendations and address client inquiries.
Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and sanitized treatment environment and proper handling of equipment and products.
Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive and relaxing treatment experience.
Actively promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages to clients, meeting sales targets and contributing to the clinic's revenue goals.
