📅 Working Days: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off (Shift)
💰 Overtime: Available
💰 Basic: RM4000 - RM4500

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Boilerman Grade 1 to operate, maintain, and optimize boiler systems and plant utility equipment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of steam generation and distribution systems, while supporting overall plant operations. The Boilerman will also perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of utility systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot boiler and steam distribution systems

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant utility equipment

Interpret technical drawings such as P&ID, schematics, and electrical diagrams

Operate and maintain equipment including:

Compressors, chillers, HVAC, refrigeration systems

Cooling and heating systems

AC/DC motors, valves, and control circuits

Conduct testing using tools such as multimeters, pH meters, conductivity testers, and others

Ensure all maintenance activities meet operational and safety requirements

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support plant operations


Job Requirements

Possess Grade 1 Boilerman Certificate (registered with JKKP)

Strong knowledge of:

Boiler systems, steam generation & distribution

Natural gas systems and utilities

Industrial safety standards (LOTO, PPE, fire safety, etc.)

Able to read and interpret PLC ladder diagrams and DCS systems

Familiar with computerized maintenance systems (e.g. SAP PM)

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines



Experience

Minimum 3–5 years experience in plant utilities or maintenance

Experience in:

DCS Systems

Compressed Air Systems

Centralized Chillers & Cooling Towers

Process Control & Instrumentation

Experience in food manufacturing environment is an added advantage

Good command of English (spoken & written)

Basic computer skills required
