Boutique Associate / Boutique Lead (Bakery Retail & Customer Experience)

Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Guide customers through our range of artisanal bakes, gifting collections, and seasonal offerings
• Provide product recommendations and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Prepare products for gifting, packaging, and boutique display presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards within the boutique
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Uphold THE LAPISERIE's service, presentation, and product quality standards

Additional Responsibilities for Boutique Lead
• Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique
• Guide and mentor Boutique Associates
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent customer experience standards
• Coordinate operational requirements with the management team
