Branch Head, Consumer Financial Services

To effectively and efficiently manage the consumer sales team resources, for both Branch Banking, and Premier Banking Segments, to achieve the targets / standards for sales, high-level, consistent service quality and risk management.

Build business partners and reciprocal business relationships.

Manage the Sales Team Manager(s) of Consumer Banking, Branch Banking, and Premier Banking to achieve revenue targets for the branch.

To be responsible to implement the structured engagement process with Workplace Banking Acquisition Team for incremental acquisition of new companies and individual staff accounts for the branch.

Responsible for the branch’s overall relationship with the IQ Corporates for continued business growth opportunity (includes cross selling)

Ensure Team Manager / Deputy Team Manager plan, manage and oversee the running of iQ New / Existing corporates roadshows/events.

Drive Asset Under Management and Customer Information File growth for the branch by planning branch events/activities

Promote usage of sales & service methodology to achieve targets

Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results

Achieve team compliance in all statutory and regulatory requirements

Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks and Call Backs

Build and develop staff competencies and leadership qualities

In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition
