Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving and implementing 360 degrees marketing campaigns with action plans to meet the sales budgets and objectives.



Ensure strict compliance of guidelines for each brands and product lines set by the principals by making regular store visits and interactions with the sales personnels in-charge.



Operationally-strong and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in growing market share and brand visibility.



Numerically savvy, creative, able to spot trends and innovations with sound business acumen.



Responsible for controlling, tracking and managing Advertising & Promotional expenses for each brand to ensure compliance to distribution terms whilst achieving targeted sales for each year.



Participate in market research, competitive analysis and brand innovations projects.



Responsible for organizing training sessions, achieving wholesale targets for each brand and maintaining sufficient inventory level to cater to seasonal demand.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3 years of proven track record in branding, business development and/or marketing.



Ideally, the candidate should come from the fragrance, beauty or luxury goods industry covering similar functions and familiar with the trade. You are resourceful, self-motivated, energetic and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills. Result-oriented, meticulous, responsible with strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and follow-through skills are key attributes to this role.



Ability to travel in the region, and work on ad-hoc projects as and when required



Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software



Work independently with minimum supervision



Proficiency in English as well as Malay (both verbal & written). Any additional languages and dialects will be an advantage.
