Business Development and Sales Executive

Key responsibilities include:
-Implementing strategic partnerships with SMEs and member companies
-Executing effective customer relationship management and sales strategies
-Promoting, marketing, and selling PSDC’s corporate training programs and solutions
-Marketing PSDC’s core capabilities to drive sales and margin growth
-Networking and engaging with key decision-makers and industry influencers
-Participating in forums, conferences, and industry platforms to promote PSDC and generate new business leads
Acquiring and analyzing customer feedback on PSDC’s services and programs to improve offerings and -satisfaction

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (Engineering or IT background is an added advantage)
-Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
-Strong communication and sales skills
-Excellent customer relationship skills, with a focus on service quality and client retention
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willing and able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities
