Business Development Director/ Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to understand international market trends, industry policies, competitor information, and client information.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adapt marketing strategies as necessary.

Formulate and implement effective business development strategies aimed at expanding our market presence and customer base.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key and potential clients as well as government agencies.

Actively seek out new client opportunities and stay ahead of competitive trends in the market

Investigate, identify, and acquire relevant projects within the region.

Manage project expansion and development within the region, and seek suitable partners for collaboration.


Qualifications:

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Professional Knowledge:

Preferable with 5 years experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, Waste Management, and Environment.

Experience liaising with government authorities is preferred.

Experience in government procurement and BOT project investment is preferred.

Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages is required.

Good communication and expression skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
