Business Development Engineer

With a strong track record in engineering excellence, we are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic Business Development Engineer / Manager to drive growth and partnerships.

Your Role As our Business Development Engineer / Manager, you will:

- Identify and secure new infrastructure projects across Malaysia and the region.
- Build strong relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
- Lead tendering and proposal preparation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness.
- Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and contractors.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to guide company strategy.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with company targets.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
At least 5–8 years’ experience in business development within construction or infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of post-tensioning systems and bridge erection methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel regionally.
