Job Description

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Identify and pursue strategic initiatives and opportunities within HORECA channels, with a strong focus on large chain restaurant, QSRs, Café chain, and multi-outlet F&B groups.

Accountable for achieving Sell-Out performance across distributor by product category and channel.

Lead new business acquisition by targeting major F&B chains, conducting account profiling and securing long-term supply agreement.

Manage and monitor regional sales budgets, ensuring effective utilization of trade spend, rebates and promotional investment for chain accounts.

Drive product listing and menu integration across chain outlets, including involvement in product trials, central kitchen approvals, and menu development aligned with launch timelines.

Conduct regular business reviews (monthly / quarterly) with distributors and customers to align on sell-in, sell-out, pricing, promotional effectiveness.

Develop and deliver customized business plans, menu solutions, product applications tairlored to chain restaurant requirements and scalability across multiple outlets.

Ensure distributors effectively execute agreed action plans for chain accounts, including product availability, nationwide distribution coverage, and timely reporting on performance.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging concepts within chain restaurant and QSR segments to identify new opportunities.



Skills & knowledge requirements:

1. Possess a minimum diploma in Business or any relevant field.

Ideally, candidate with 3 years of experience in HORECA / Food Service / FMCG, preferably handling chain restaurant, QSRs, or multi-outlet F&B groups.

Proven ability to manage key accounts with large-scale operations and high volume demand.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
