Business Development （Whole Malaysia)

Job Scopes:
-Develop and acquire local non-platform business clients (SMEs, retailers, manufacturers) to grow direct shipment volume.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide tailored logistics solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Track sales performance, report progress, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service.
-Identify market opportunities and support local sales growth initiatives.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Management/Business Development.
-Experience in the Courier / Logistics industry is preferred.
-Degree & above in any field
-Sales target orientated.
-Independent, forward thinking and result oriented.
-Must be comfortable with corporate lead generation, and sales negotiation face to face and over the phone.
-Prior sales experience in any industry will be an added advantage.
-Must have own transport & willing to travel.
-Good communication skills and good working attitude.
